We pack every single order with love, ensuring your delicate 3D and aurora designs arrive in pristine condition inside our sturdy, eco-friendly hard cardboard boxes (or our signature pink bubble mailers).

2. Order Processing & Our "Same-Day" Magic
We hustle hard to get your gorgeous nails to you ASAP!

  1. Same-Day Shipping (US Orders): All US orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday - Friday) will be shipped out on the SAME DAY! (Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends/holidays, will ship the next business day.)
  2. Standard Processing: For items not marked for same-day dispatch, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
  3. Our 48-Hour Guarantee: We respect your time! If your order isn't shipped within 2 business days, we will include ONE EXTRA SET FOR FREE in your package!

  2. Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50! (Excludes remote areas & U.S. territories).

  2. UK / Canada / EU: 7–14 days (From $8.99)
  3. Australia: 3–7 days ($6.49)
  4. Asia & Other Countries: 10–20 days (From $14.99)

A Note on Split Shipments:
To bring you the widest variety of master-level artistry, some items ship directly from our dedicated US warehouse located in Pasadena, TX ("US Local Delivery"), while others may ship from our global studio. If your order contains a mix of both, we will send them in separate packages to get them to you as fast as possible!

4. The "Oopsies" & Uncontrollable Events (Store Policies)
Even with the best preparation, once the package leaves our hands, it is up to the postal carriers. Here are our strict store policies regarding delivery hiccups to ensure fairness:

  1. Wrong Address Entered: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you notice a typo, email us at support@fullovenail.com immediately. Since we ship so fast, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a free replacement or refund.
  2. Carrier Delays: While most packages arrive on time, carriers (USPS, FedEx, etc.) sometimes experience weather or holiday delays. These delays are outside of our control, and we cannot refund shipping fees for delayed packages.
  3. Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking number shows your package was "Delivered" but you can't find it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. Fullovenail is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  4. International Customs & Duties: For our global besties, please note that your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot alter the legal value of your package on customs forms to avoid taxes.
