We want you to be completely in love with your Fullovenail sets! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we now offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Important Note: For hygiene and sanitary reasons, to be eligible for a return, the press-on nails must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the mistake is on our side.

How Do I Start a Return?
To initiate a return, simply email our team at support@fullovenail.com with your order number. We will gladly guide you through the process. For our US customers' convenience, all returns will be processed quickly and securely at our US Fulfillment & Return Center located at:
619 East Sam Houston Pkwy S, Ste 800, Pasadena, TX, United States.

Sizing & Handmade Variations
Please measure your own nails correctly, and double-check all purchases before checking out. While you can return unused items under our 30-day policy, we cannot cover the return shipping fee if the wrong size is ordered.

Please note colors may be slightly different from the actual product depending on your computer or phone screen display. Due to all products being meticulously handmade, there will be slight variations on embellishments such as crystals, stickers, foils, etc.

How Do I Cancel An Order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. A 5% handling fee will be deducted from your refund. (Please forgive us! Even if we refund you, the bank/payment gateway still charges us a non-refundable transaction fee for the initial payment).
