✨ Our Craftsmanship & Quality

1. Are your nails made of real salon gel or just cheap plastics?
They are the REAL deal! We completely reject machine-printed plastics. All of our nail sets are handcrafted using high-quality soft gel tips, 4-5 coats of premium gel polish, and encapsulated in real builder (hard) gel. This gives them the true thickness, strength, and flawless apex of a $150 salon manicure. They do not bend!

2. Are they actually 100% handmade? Can you do 3D/Aurora designs?
Absolutely. Every single set is 100% hand-painted by top master nail artists. We specialize in complex 3D nail art, flawless aurora (aura) powders, and magnetic cat-eye. Our customers always tell us: "They look even more breathtaking in person than in the photos and videos!"
(Please note: Nails with 3D designs are delicate, so take extra care when wearing them. Nails are not tools!)

3. Is your packaging safe and environmentally friendly?
Yes! Every Fullovenail order is carefully packed and shipped in sturdy hard cardboard boxes. This 100% eco-friendly and sustainable packaging protects your delicate 3D nail art perfectly during transit while respecting our earth.

💅 Wear Time & Safe Application

4. How long will my nails last?
Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails, your choice of adhesive, and your daily use. Avoiding long-term exposure to water and manual labor is key.

  • Double-Sided Gel Tabs: Can hold anywhere from 1-3 days and are perfect for temporary wear and special occasions.

  • With Nail Glue: Your nails can last anywhere up to 2 weeks or longer! (Never continue to wear nails that are lifting, as it can become a source for bacteria to breed. Remove lifting nails, clean, dry, and reapply).

5. Will these damage my natural nails? What are the ingredients?
No! Unlike drugstore products, our glue is specially formulated to dissolve as you wear it, leaving zero damage or glue residue when removed properly. As long as the nails are not forcefully removed, you will have zero damage.
(Glue Ingredients: Ethyl Cyanoacrylate, Polymethyl, Methacrylate, BHA)

6. Can I reuse Fullovenail press-ons?
Yes! The real builder gel makes them incredibly durable. They won't snap easily, allowing you to clean off the old glue and reuse them multiple times!

🛠️ Troubleshooting Guide

7. Nails won't stay on / Some popped off?
No reason to stress! :) If some nails are coming off before others, it is simply because the glue application wasn't consistent. Simply add a bit more glue to your natural nail, a bit to the back of the tip, and re-apply. We promise, more glue will fix the issue!

8. Nails won't come off?
Never force remove the nails! Doing so could leave minor, but fixable, damage. If they are difficult to remove, it means they are being removed prematurely or over-gluing occurred. We recommend keeping them on for a few more days. (If nail length is the reason you want them off for work, you can easily clip and file our nails to your desired length in seconds!)

9. How do I clean glue residue?
If your nail has glue build-up inside, simply use a cuticle pusher or nail clipper to clip/push it off. Build-up is caused by over-gluing which is totally okay. For residue on your natural nail, use the included buffer to gently remove and restore.

11. How do I place a Custom Order?
We love custom sets! Email us at support@fullovenail.com with details (pictures, colors, designs) and your sizes for a quote. We will then send you a custom listing to purchase securely. (We proudly accept PayPal).
