*Due to our product being made to order, we will not offer any refund, return, or exchanges when we shipped and delivered your order.

*Please measure your own nails correctly, and double check all purchases before checking out. we will not be responsible if wrong size is ordered 

*Refund will only be permitted if the mistake is on our side.

*Please note colors may be different from actual product depending on computer screen.

*Due to all products being handmade, there will be slight variations on embellishment such as crystals, stickers, foils, etc...

How Do I Cancel An Order?

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed.  a 5% handling fee must be charged.（please forgive! Even if I refund you, the bank will charge me a transaction fee for this amount due to the transaction）

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period & Exceptions

According to European Union consumer protection laws, EU residents generally have the right to return purchases within 14 days of receiving them without providing a reason.

However, please note: Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Because our press-on nails are meticulously handmade-to-order based on your specific nail measurements provided at checkout, they fall under this exception. Therefore, standard 14-day returns do not apply unless the product is defective or the mistake is on our side.
